Above quote taken from the book The 5am Club, page 81 by author Robin Sharma. 

This idea is simple to understand but yet is so powerful in words. We do a lot of bragging in our lives as a way to create envy from others. This is where we look externally for value as human beings. We can decide to be more humble and look inward. By looking inward we can get closer to our authentic self.
