" I doubt whether a doctor can answer this question in general terms. For the meaning of life differs from man to man, from day to day and from hour to hour. What matters, therefore, is not the meaning of life in general but rather the specific meaning of a person's life at a given moment."

Above quote taken from the book Man's Search for Meaning by the author Victor Frankl

In Viktor Frankl's book "Man's Search for Meaning," the meaning of life can be explored through the lens of finding purpose and meaning even in the most challenging circumstances. Frankl, who was a Holocaust survivor and psychiatrist, argues that life's ultimate meaning is found in discovering our purpose, especially in the face of suffering. He emphasizes that individuals can find meaning by simply identifying a purpose, pursuing it with passion, and embracing the inherent human capacity to choose one's attitude in any given set of circumstances. Ultimately, life's meaning is becomes deeply personal and based on one's individual journey.
