Would you rather feel great all the time or be angry and blaming the world around you for your problems. I think the answer to this question is pretty easy to figure out. When you are feeling good and positive then nothing should be able to interrupt that mental state. Living your life where you can enjoy each moment and not worrying about the past or future is where we want to be in.  Is it easy to be in that constant happy state? Not always. Most of these daily tasks are not that important and just drain our energy. It is a term I have only heard a handful of times and never gave much thought to its meaning. It's used by psychologists to describe a situation when the boundaries between people become unclear and people start to lose their focus on individuality.
