  Changing our habits is difficult to do since it requires a lot of discipline and thinking outside the box. We often believe there is nothing wrong with us so why change. However, I always believe there is room for improvement. We do not need to bombard ourselves with changing everything at once, so little baby steps is the way to go. Small daily improvements even if its 1% better every day will produce game changing results over time.  Here is what many of the mentors I follow recommend in their daily routines: Get up Early Oh yes the idea of not sleeping in can send shivers down people's spines.  Poor Mindset A fairly large part of society focuses heavily on materialism. They love to spend their money on consumer goods and gravitate toward external pleasure. This consumption will give the poor mindset the belief that by buying new purses, shoes, cars and so forth brings more happiness. The poor mindset also believe in the idea of working hard for their money. They prefer to remain in safe jobs which give them a consistent paycheck since it feels more comfortable. With that consistent paycheck, the perception becomes fearful of saving for the long term and the focus towards short-term spending habits. Wise Mind versus Reasonable and Emotional Mind

  Our Emotional Mind Are you focused on your emotions? Do you have a hard time taking your mind off of assignments or daily responsibilities? Do you strive for urgency in your tasks and look for immediate rewards? Do you have a hard time wanting anyone to disagree with you? These are some of the symptoms of having an emotional mind. In this situation, people focus strongly on their emotions and not much thought of reasoning. It allows people to be in touch with their feelings but sometimes they act impulsively. Emotional mind behaves in regard to whatever makes it feel better in the present moment without much thought on the actions and decisions which affect the future.
